Abstract
This article aims to explore the transformative approaches required in career counseling to address the rapidly changing dynamics of the 21st-century workforce. The findings reveal a growing need for career counseling to incorporate digital tools and platforms to enhance accessibility and personalization. Additionally, the study highlights the critical role of adaptability, resilience, and continuous professional development for career counselors. The article concludes that career counseling must undergo a significant transformation to remain relevant and effective in the 21st century.
