Transition to Double-Blind Peer Review

We would like to inform our authors, reviewers, and readers that, starting from the next issue, our journal will adopt a double-blind peer review process. In this model, the identities of both authors and reviewers will be concealed to ensure an impartial evaluation. We believe this change will further strengthen the fairness and integrity of our peer review process.
