Identification and accreditation of effective components in designing the model of professional qualifications of student teachers (case study: Farhangian University of Bushehr)

Background and Aim: the role of professional competence in changing the educational system is very decisive and irreplaceable; achieving education system's goal is impossible without teachers with professional capabilities and competencies. So that the role of professional competence is reflected and manifested in the teacher's performance; therefore, this research aimed to design the model of professional qualifications of student teachers of Farhangian University of Bushehr province. Method: In this research, the most important components of the students-teachers' professional competence were extracted and suggested using the qualitative method. The statistical population is interviews with 25 Farhangian University professors of Bushehr province. The data collection tool was semi-structured interviews, and the data of this section were coded in three stages: open, central and selective. In this research, the comparative content analysis method with the help of Maxqda12 software is used to analyze the data. Results: Based on the final results of the model of student-teacher professional qualifications, including six main categories: the concepts of professional qualification, components of professional qualification, factors to strengthen professional qualification, the necessity of acquiring professional qualification, characteristics of student-teachers. It is in the implementation of the goals and the role of professional competence in changing the educational system. Conclusion: The role of professional competence in changing the educational system is decisive and irreplaceable. Therefore, acquiring professional competence can significantly improve the the educational system performance.
